What you’ll do
- ✅ Process customer orders quickly and accurately 📦✉️
- ✅ Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies 🧮
- ✅ Apply daily customer payments 💳
- ✅ Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices ⏰
- ✅ Resolve or escalate customer queries 💬
- ✅ Assist with reconciliations, month/quarter‑end closings, & audits 📅
- ✅ Keep customer master data updated in ERP 🧠
Who you are
- 🌍 Fluent in German + C1 level English.
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 📆 1+ year in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Ops.
- 💡 Solid accounting knowledge & analytical mindset.
- 🧩 Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables = big plus).
- 🖥️ ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- 🤝 Detail‑oriented, organized & customer‑focused.
- 💫 Nice to have: 2–5 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations.
