Key Responsibilities:

Order entry, invoicing, customer maintenance.
Export Operations Excellence: You will take charge of all back-end operations related to exporting our lighting products to France and Italy and coordination with our local teams. This includes handling order processing, documentation, and liaising with logistics partners to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
Communication and Collaboration: You will be the main point of contact for our distributors, clients, and our local team in France and Italy. Effective communication and collaboration will be key to maintaining strong relationships, resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience.
Data Management: Accurate record-keeping and data management are essential for optimizing operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of export activities, analyzing trends, and generating reports to aid in decision-making.
