We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user support, managing contacts with suppliers, and conducting tests on our Transport Management System.

What you'll be doing:

1. Provide technical support to our team;
2. Manage the relationship with the software provider, including coordinating updates and resolving issues;
3. Conduct regular tests on the system to ensure its functionality and efficiency;
4. Work closely with other teams to understand and meet their technological needs;
5. Participate in user training as needed.

About you:

1. You have previous experience providing technical support (hardware and/or software);
2. You have strong communication skills and understand the importance of solid teamwork;
3. You speak Portuguese fluently and have good knowledge of English;
4. Background/experience working in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage industry (this is a good plus for us).
