Role: Finance Team Lead (AP / ARO2C / R2R / GL)
We are urgently seeking a Finance Team Lead with C1C2 English fluency to supervise and develop our Finance & Accounting team across multiple operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Finance & Accounting team across AP, AR/O2C, R2R, and GL.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely achievement of all SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage invoice processing, payments, collections, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
Required Skills & Experience
- English level C1C2 (mandatory).
- Proven experience leading finance teams in AP, AR-O2C, R2R, or GL functions.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
- Experience with multi-country and multi-currency operations is an advantage.
