Funções: - Collaborate with internal business owners/stakeholders (aka. users) and customers to understand their pain points, business needs, and requirements for orders, processing, and data sourcing. - Partner with users to build proof-of-concepts (PoC), participate in RFP/RFI responses, and align users’ needs with feasible solutions by translating technical capabilities into business value. - Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories. Ensure all requirements are documented, tracked and validated. - Translate users’ requirements into technical specifications for the IT - Data Management team working on the development, ensure IT understands the customer’s business context, data consistency and integrity. - Collaborate with users to validate that IT deliverables meet customer expectations through user acceptance testing (UAT). - Present IT solutions to users as well as customers, showcasing how to address specific business challenges and aligning with the business strategic goals and sales targets. - Assist in project implementation, procedural design, daily support like data integrity checks, process reengineering and coordinating project activities and processes with users. - Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive solutions to proactively recommend innovations. Requisitos: - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related technical or quantitative experience in these fields. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. - English is a must, both written and spoken. - Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
