Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Specialist – Digital Data Analytics to support our global digital product teams with actionable insights. This role is central to enabling data-informed product decisions, establishing robust monitoring frameworks, and advancing accessibility through dashboards and AI-driven tools.

Role

- Support product managers across digital products-including wallets, tokenisation services, and enablement platforms-with tailored data analysis and reporting.

- Translate product usage and performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.

- Establish and maintain monitoring systems and dashboards to track key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and feature effectiveness.

- Investigate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve data accessibility and usability for internal stakeholders.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.

- Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and transparency.

All About You

- Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within digital payments.

- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for data accessibility and automation.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
