German-speaking Customer advisor for a Health Company
The company:
Join Insulet, one of the world’s leading suppliers of technology-oriented health products. They provide contact lenses, care items, pharmaceuticals, and surgical instruments. With this range of services, the firm is uniquely positioned internationally between pharmacists, opticians, ophthalmologists, laser centers, patients, and customers.
The role
As a German-speaking Health Advisor, you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone and e-mail inquiries from B2B customers in one of these two areas: Pharma and Vision Care.
Your responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from German-speaking clients
- Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices
- Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments
- Support and share your product knowledge
Requirements:
Your Profile
- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written)
- You have good communications skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- You are open-minded and eager to learn
- Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
- You are positive and motivated
