About the role
We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Developer to design, build and extend solutions on SAP S/4HANA, following modern ABAP and Clean Core principles. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions in SAP S/4HANA using modern ABAP
- Build CDS Views, AMDPs and OData services
- Develop applications using the RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) model
- Implement enhancements (BAdIs, key user and developer extensibility) in line with Clean Core
- Develop and support SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management) solutions integrated with SAP FI
- Support ECC to S/4HANA migration activities (custom code adaptation, remediation)
- Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning and technical documentation Requirements
- 5+ years of ABAP development experience, with at least 2 years on SAP S/4HANA
- Hands‑on experience with SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management)
- Experience with OpenText solutions for SAP (e.g. Archive Server, Document Access, Intelligent Capture)
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI, particularly Accounts Payable processes
- Strong knowledge of ABAP 7.4+/7.5 syntax and ABAP OO
- Hands‑on experience with CDS Views, AMDP and OData
- Experience with RAP
- Solid knowledge of classic ABAP objects (reports, ALV, BAPIs, BAdIs, IDocs, forms)
- Fluent English Nice to have
- SAP Fiori / UI5
- SAP BTP and ABAP Cloud
- Experience in S/4HANA migration projects
- Knowledge of other modules (CO, SD, MM)
- SAP or OpenText certification
