We're hiring a Performance Growth Specialist [Paid Social] to operate and scale paid acquisition, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
This role is hands-on.
Close to performance.
Accountable for outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Build and manage Meta ads campaigns end-to-end (Facebook & Instagram)
- Optimise campaigns with a focus on sales, CPA and ROAS
- Analyse creative performance and provide structured feedback
- Run daily optimisations and performance reporting
- Manage audiences, budgets, and creatives with rigor
- Read performance data and identify optimisation opportunities early
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimisation logic
- Experience with e-commerce or performance-driven businesses
- Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
- Comfortable working with performance targets
- Solid written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with other paid channels (Google Ads, X/Twitter, Pinterest)
- Curiosity to grow across paid acquisition systems

- Campaigns launch on time and according to brief
- Accounts remain clean, structured, and easy to scale
- Creative assets are organised and traceable
- Issues are flagged early and clearly
- Execution quality improves week after week
