Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Finance Manager will oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, managing accounts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives, advising on investment opportunities, and contributing to overall financial growth and sustainability efforts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis
Experience in accounting, cost management, and accounts reconciliation
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualifications like CPA/CFA is a plus)
Previous experience in a finance leadership role is highly valued
Passion for sustainability and alignment with the mission of reducing food waste
