Descrição da Função
Sobre a Função: Procuramos um(a) Talent Acquisition para gerir o ciclo de recrutamento de profissionais de TI, alinhando talentos às necessidades da FYLD.
Principais Responsabilidades:
1. Gerir o processo completo de recrutamento, desde a divulgação até a contratação;
2. Conduzir entrevistas técnicas e comportamentais;
3. Alinhar perfis e requisitos com os clientes e managers.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado, preferencialmente em Gestão/Economia, Recursos Humanos ou outra área das Ciências Sociais;
- Português fluente e inglês mínimo B2 (domínio de outras línguas-plus);
- Conhecimento do mercado de TI e de técnicas de hunting;
- Comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.
Local e Regime de Trabalho: Lisboa (Saldanha), regime híbrido.
