The Role
Indie Campers is expanding its capabilities in financial visibility and control, by joining a dedicated team to bridge accounting and business information through accurate financial planning, analysis, reporting and process controlling to accelerate management decisions.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of budget guidelines, creating strategies and frameworks for controlling, defining roadmaps and stakeholder interactions, and creating effective reporting structures that provide recurrent and accurate financial visibility to relevant stakeholders, along with recommendations for costs and process improvements.
What Will You Work On?
- Participate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations, with a focus on fleet services and operational costs;
- Verify accounting entries periodically to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity, acting as a bridge between business teams and accounting;
- Support management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements;
- Monitor business activity and project execution through KPIs;
- Perform cost and business analysis versus budget and projections;
- Control budget execution through approval of PO and invoices.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering;
- Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in a company with physical operations;
- Background in consultancy, preferably doing Auditing at an Accounting Firm, and currently responsible for business controlling or FP&A.
