Who We're Looking For:
- We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join a front-office, high-performance IT team supporting FX trading operations. The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment alongside Java and C# developers, directly supporting traders and front-line business users.
✅ Professional Experience:
- Design, develop, and maintain the Position and Trade Booking platform
- Develop core services and shared components, including:
- Feed handlers; Shared libraries; Metrics and reporting tools; Front-end applications
- Ensure systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and performance
- Participate fully in an Agile SDLC, including:
- Technical analysis; Documentation; Development and testing; Code reviews.
- Provide Level 3 production support when required
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
✅Technical Skills:
- Strong backend engineering expertise with a focus on high-load systems
- Proven experience in:
- High-performance system design
- Writing and profiling performant code
- Distributed computing and caching technologies (e.g., Oracle Coherence or other DHTs)
✅Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Experience with electronic trading platforms or other low-latency distributed systems
- Experience with migration and refactoring of legacy systems
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
✅Technology Stack:
- Java SE – Expert level
- C# / .NET – Practical experience
- SDLC – Expert knowledge
