Google Ads Account Manager
who brings both technical mastery and thoughtful stewardship to paid media — someone who understands that every campaign represents a brand's voice, values, and ambition.

Paid search is a critical engine of performance and insight for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and partnership. As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will help transform business objectives into carefully orchestrated campaigns that deliver measurable results while respecting the nuance of each brand we serve.
Your work will directly influence how our clients grow, how efficiently they invest, and how confidently they navigate the digital landscape. This is a role for someone who values precision, accountability, and continuous learning — and who sees advertising as a long-term relationship, not a short-term tactic.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max with a strategic mindset
Monitor performance daily, interpreting data to optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and creatives
Translate client goals into clear campaign structures and measurable KPIs
Provide thoughtful analysis and performance insights, turning data into actionable recommendations
Maintain account health through regular audits, testing, and refinement
Collaborate closely with internal strategists, creatives, and account teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Communicate campaign progress clearly and professionally with stakeholders

Core Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable performance outcomes
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
Solid understanding of paid search fundamentals, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
Clear, professional communication skills in written and spoken English
High attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger strategic picture

Preferred (but Not Required)
Experience working with international clients or multi-market campaigns
