OUR HIRING PROCESS:

1. We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. 2. We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
3. At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
4. From there on, it's decision time If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the multi-departmental project teams to analyze and automate internal business processes at the company and department level, improve outdated flows, implement new processes, and gain business value.
2. Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing, acceptance and implementation.
3. Lead the project managers team, implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies in software development.
4. Lead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phases.
5. Create and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and any variances are addressed.
6. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
8. Allocate resources efficiently and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Measure project success, generate timely project reports, and ensure projects are completed on time.
10. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies and drive project success.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in leading and managing projects and project teams (at least 5-7 years).
2. Extensive experience in business process automation projects.
3. Experience with AI solutions implementation into business workflows with proven positive results is a huge plus.
4. Get-things-done attitude.
5. In-depth experience in business process analysis and optimization at departmental and company levels.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management.
11. Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
12. Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle risk management.
13. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
14. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
15. Fluency in English.
