DevOps engineer for cloud-native platforms

- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Implement GitOps practices and automate deployments across environments.
- Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, storage and networking.
- Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability practices.
- Improve production stability, availability and incident response.
- Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management.
- Manage and optimise artifact repositories.
- Contribute to performance, load and stress testing.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
- Collaborate closely with backend, mobile and other engineering teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the DevOps/SRE platform.
- Explore and integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD, infrastructure management and platform automation. Требования:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD Git / Git-based ecosystems GitOps Docker Kubernetes Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly: AKS, Storage, Networking Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
- Experience with deployment automation and Helm.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD or FluxCD is required/desirable.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting and observability.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs and backend architectures.
- Experience with integration, load and stress testing.
- Experience with secure DevOps practices and secrets management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Understanding of incident management and production support.
- Strong hands-on and autonomous mindset.
- Ability to take ownership and independently drive platform improvements.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong focus on reliability, scalability and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interest in applying AI to DevOps and platform automation.
- Good English communication skills.
