About the role:

1. Transform user needs into intuitive workflows.
2. Constantly push for great usability and customer experience through our products.
3. Drive the end-to-end product design process: Research, information architecture, user flows, process flows, sketching, wireframing, prototyping and UI design.
4. Research and analyze requirements.
5. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
6. Plan and facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to drive actionable outcomes.
7. Collaborate with engineers throughout implementation to ensure the end-to-end workflow is intuitive and delivers great user experience for our customers.
8. Collaborate with other UX designers to deliver consistent experiences across products.
9. Take part in Vizrt's UX forum, where our UX talents all over the world actively share and contribute their ideas, creativity, experience, and knowledge.
10. Relevant education and minimum 3+ years professional experience in UX and UI design.
11. Experience from working in cross-functional, agile teams where you have regularly collaborated with engineers, Product Owners, Stakeholders, and other product teams.
12. Ability to plan, organize and drive all aspects of the design process, from research through to release.
13. Experience working within a design system framework.
14. Knowledge of how to use industry standard methods and tools for the entire UX process.
15. Team player with a proactive attitude who can prioritize effectively in a complex environment.
16. High degree of creativity and motivation paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Business fluency in English is essential.
18. Knowledge and interest for the Media Industry and Broadcast Journalism would be an advantage.
19. Knowledge about HTML5/CSS is desired, but not a requirement.
