- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile transformation role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile transformation practices.
- Experience coaching multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to identify organizational challenges and translate them into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Agile metrics, team performance, and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in Agile transformation and change management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Important notes:
