Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple autonomous and multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will be a key driver of our agile culture, coaching teams and stakeholders, and helping to scale our agile practices across the organization with others Scrum Masters. This role is for a proven leader with a deep understanding of Scrum and a passion for continuous improvement. We are committed to empowering you to drive excellence in this key role at TEKEVER.

Your Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum Events: Masterfully organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are efficient, engaging, and deliver maximum value.

- Support the Product Owner: Partner with Product Owners to help them maximize the value of the product backlog and align with the strategic roadmap.

- Promote the Scrum Framework: Champion the Scrum framework and agile mindset, guiding teams to a deeper understanding and application of its principles and values.

- Remove Impediments: Proactively identify, address, and escalation impediments that hinder team progress, and coach the team on how to overcome their own obstacles.

- Foster High-Performance Teams: Encourage effective communication, collaboration, and self-organization within and across teams.

- Ensure Transparency & Metrics: Maintain project transparency through agile tools and artifacts, and promote the use of agile metrics and feedback loops to drive team performance and product quality.

- Drive Continuous Improvement: Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives at both the team and organizational level, using retrospectives and data to inform strategic changes.

- Mentor and Grow: Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute actively to TEKEVER's agile Community of Practice.

- Scaling Agile: Facilitate complex coordination across multiple teams, including Scrum of Scrums and Roadmap Alignment sessions.

Profile And Requirements

- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.

- A true Agile mindset with a deep understanding of agile principles and product development in a complex engineering environment.

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a senior capacity (5+ years) in a fast‑paced environment involving both software and hardware.

- Expert communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.

- Strong understanding of scaling frameworks like Scrum of Scrums and others (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is preferred.

- Expertise in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).

- Scrum Master certification (PSM II or CSM) is mandatory. PSM III, CSP, or other advanced agile certifications are a plus.
