About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads. If you have a passion for all things digital marketing, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of achieving results, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and landing pages.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, recommending innovative approaches to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
