REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT – ALGARVE / LISBON (EN, PT or FR speaker)

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to join our fast-growing team. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property viewings with clients and answer their questions in a professional manner.
- Become familiar with property information provided by the agency to ensure a full understanding of each listing.
- Use the Casafari CRM platform to efficiently manage client data and property information.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions.

Requirements

- Fluency in English 🇬🇧 and Portuguese 🇵🇹 is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as French 🇫🇷.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent is preferred but not required.
- Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Casafari are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and own car required.

Compensation

- There is no fixed salary; compensation is based on 20% of the agency's commission.
- This competitive commission applies to managing property viewings only, with no requirement to source or manage mandates.
