We are looking for a Junior Credit Analyst .
Main Tasks:
Lead and oversee credit-related activities across client onboarding and periodic review processes.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the client lifecycle.
Drive efficient prioritization, monitoring, and resolution of credit-related requests.
Develop and structure credit proposals and supporting documentation, clearly articulating business context and risk considerations.
Collaborate closely with risk and control functions, representing front-office interests in cross-functional discussions.
Oversee ongoing credit reviews and exposure management to support sound portfolio oversight.
Deliver regular performance insights and customized reporting to support management decision-making.
Identify and champion process optimization and technology-driven enhancements to improve onboarding efficiency and overall client experience.
Main Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or related field.
Solid understanding of financial products, credit risks, and funds.
Strong computer skills: Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
Hybrid Role in Porto .
