What you will do in this role
- Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
- Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts
- Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
- Evaluate the need for escalation
- Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary Your qualifications
- Native level Dutch (C2) (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
- Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases
