We are looking for our next Data Engineer:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related;
2. Relevant certifications in AWS, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified Data Analytics;
3. Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially those related to Big Data and data analytics, such as Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR, Amazon Athena, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Glue, among others;
4. Familiarity with data storage and processing services on AWS, including Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda;
5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java for developing data pipelines and automation scripts;
6. Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks, such as Apache Spark or Apache Flink;
7. Experience in data modeling, cleansing, transformation, and preparation for analysis;
8. Ability to work with different types of data, including structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data;
9. Familiarity with data architecture concepts such as data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines (not mandatory);
10. Knowledge of security and compliance practices on AWS, including access control, data encryption, and regulatory compliance;
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams;
12. Ability to solve complex data-related problems and adapt to new challenges and technologies on AWS;
13. Fluent in English.
