Klantenservice Agent | Remote/Onsite in Portugal

Nederlandstalige Customer Support Agent | REMOTE IN PORTUGAL OF ONSITE IN PORTUGAL

Locatie: Werk vanuit huis overal in continent Portugal óf onsite in Lissabon

Uren: 40 uur/week, flexibele roterende diensten

Startdatum: Zo snel mogelijk

Contract: Vast contract vanaf dag 1

Wat wij bieden:

- Basissalaris: 1.100-1.400/maand (x14 maanden salaris)

- Prestatiebonus: +10-15%/maand

- Totale maandelijkse vergoeding (gemiddeld): 1.400-1.650 (incl. bonus en 14 maanden salaris)

- Tekenbonus: Eenmalig 2.000 (alleen voor bepaalde projecten)

- Relocatiepakket: Vliegticket vergoed (binnen EU) + kamer in gedeeld appartement voor max. 12 maanden (280/maand incl. kosten, direct ingehouden van salaris)

Jouw rol:

- Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat

- Technische problemen oplossen en vragen beantwoorden

- Klanttevredenheid garanderen bij elk contactmoment

- Feedback registreren en opvolgen in interne systemen

Wat wij zoeken:

- Vloeiend Nederlands (C2/moedertaalniveau)

- Engels minimaal B2

- Sterke communicatievaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling

- Betrouwbaar, flexibel en oplossingsgericht

- Bereid om vanuit Portugal te werken (remote of onsite in Lissabon)
