SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant

Job Description
This is a remote position. Role Overview One of our high-end clients is seeking an experienced Senior SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant to provide strategic and technical guidance on their SAP S/4HANA Document Management System (DMS) and archiving infrastructure following a recent S/4HANA migration. THE ROLE
- System Assessment: Conduct a thorough technical assessment of the current DMS and archiving setup.
- Gap Analysis: Identify configuration gaps and deviations from best practices, providing clear recommendations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the current state and a future roadmap.
- Reporting: Deliver findings through an executive summary and detailed reports.
- Knowledge Transfer: Conduct workshops for internal team members.
- Strategic Guidance: Advise on archiving technology decisions and upgrades.
- Implementation Support: Support the implementation of recommended improvements in Phase 2 (if engaged). Start Date: 23 November 2026 End Date: 10 September 2027 Workload: Approximately 7 months at 25% capacity, followed by 4 months at 50% capacity.

Location:
100% Remote Core Hours: CET 08:00 – 17:00 Notice Period: 5 calendar days during the first month; 30 calendar days thereafter. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP DMS and archiving.
- English is mandatory.
- Experience with OpenText upgrades is highly considered a plus.
