Salary: €14-16k per year + bonuses

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

1. Analyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely manner.
2. Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures.
3. Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of the user community.
4. Review sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter.

Requirements

1. Can read, write, comprehend and have conversations in English and Swedish.
2. Availability to work on a three-shift mode (morning, afternoon, and night, 7 days a week).
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
4. Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
7. Have a neutral mindset to alternative video content that needs classification.
