Location:
Remote from mainland Portugal Start Date: May 15, 2025 Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period) Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental services
- Resolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policies
- Provide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
Working Hours
- 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shift pattern distributed in the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 AM 08:00 PM
- Saturday: 08:00 AM 04:00 PM
- Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Two rotational days off per week Required Documents
- EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spoken
- Good command of English (B2 level or above), written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Initial paid training period
- Extras for working on Sundays and public holidays
- Performance Bonus: EUR 120 per month, paid 12 times a year
- Complexity Bonus: EUR 30 per month, paid 12 times a year
- Meal Allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159 per month, net)
- Health Insurance: Paid by the employee for the first 6 months, then fully covered
