Como parceiro ativo na mudança do paradigma energético, a Galp está a reformular o seu portfolio. Será um ator crucial nesta mudança para uma maior rentabilidade e menor intensidade carbónica, contribuindo para o processo de tomada de decisão em várias commodities, com especial enfoque no Gás Natural. A equipa de New Power (Gas&H2) é responsável pela construção de produtos de gás que permitam à Galp manter a sua margem, minimizando os riscos e cobrindo as necessidades do mercado. Para tal, a equipa deve ter um conhecimento profundo do mercado de gás e da sua estrutura de custos, dos riscos associados aos diferentes produtos e modalidades, bem como do processo comercial da Galp. No dia a dia, deverá apoiar a equipa comercial, desenvolvendo e mantendo as ferramentas que permitem gerar ofertas de forma massiva e elaborando estudos personalizados nos casos em que tal seja necessário, sempre com uma visão de excelência e melhoria contínua dos processos.

1. Elaborar propostas personalizadas de preços e outras condições contratuais para o fornecimento de gás natural, nos segmentos em que é necessária a customização.
2. Desenvolver e manter ferramentas e modelos de pricing, de forma a garantir uma resposta ágil e adequada às solicitações, bem como incorporar alterações regulatórias ou de mercado.
3. Assegurar a análise da competitividade das propostas da Galp Energia para os diferentes mercados/segmentos, analisando a estrutura de custos e preços dos concorrentes no mercado.
4. Apoiar as equipas da Área Comercial na negociação de contratos de venda de gás, respondendo a questões sobre preços, portagens, estrutura de mercado, cobertura, etc.
5. Acompanhar as alterações regulatórias no sector do gás para apoio às Áreas Comerciais da Galp Energia, bem como as solicitações dos clientes.
6. Melhorar os processos da área através da racionalização e automatização dos processos internos.
7. Colaborar na melhoria dos sistemas corporativos nos pontos de interação com a nossa área (desde o levantamento de necessidades até ao teste final dos desenvolvimentos).

Requisitos Mínimos:

- Entre 3 e 5 anos de experiência relevante relacionada.
- Licenciatura em Ciências Empresariais, Engenharia ou Matemática (um diploma avançado é uma vantagem).
- Conhecimento do sector do gás, do funcionamento dos hubs de gás e das operações de cobertura.
- Experiência no processamento de documentos jurídicos.
- Nível de especialização na utilização do MS Office (principalmente Excel e PowerPoint).
- Capacidade de criar e manter macros de Excel em linguagem VBA.
- Capacidade de criar e manter dashboards simples em PowerBI.
- É desejável o conhecimento de modelos estatísticos.
- Conhecimentos de Power Automate, Salesforce, SAP e Microsoft Dynamics são uma vantagem.
- Talento para gestão de tempo e atenção aos detalhes.
- Mente analítica e forte ética de valor.
- Flexibilidade e capacidade de atuar com um grau substancial de autonomia com orientação para a melhoria contínua.
- Capacidade de adaptação à mudança e de trabalho em equipa.
- Inglês e português fluentes (espanhol é uma vantagem), tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
