ResponsibilitiesRun SAP pre-sales and project governance activities, including requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution designDefine and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains for the R2R processSupport architecture governance and promote consistency across finance and controlling landscapesCollaborate with business stakeholders to develop functional requirements for financial processesLead the development of R2R target architectures and SAP implementation roadmapsEngage in customer discovery sessions, supporting EPAM sales teams during solution scopingIdentify and address solution gaps, ensuring effective technical configuration and deployment strategiesStay up to date on SAP portfolio capabilities and R2R industry trends to introduce innovationEstimate effort related to SAP R2R design, configuration, and process optimization activitiesEnsure methodologies and standards are applied consistently across architecture and implementation workstreamsRequirementsProven expertise in SAP FICO architecture and R2R process designStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modulesExperience in SAP Activate methodology and finance transformation projectsAbility to identify business and solution gaps and develop mitigation strategiesKnowledge of cost allocation methods, fast financial closing approaches, and budgeting processesStrong communication and governance skills to engage both business and IT teams effectivelyNice to haveFamiliarity with SAP CFin, PaPM, BPC, IBP, and logistics integrationKnowledge of GAAP and IFRS principles and their impact on SAP financial processesUnderstanding of SAP deployment options (Public and Private Cloud)Exposure to frameworks like PMP, TOGAF, and SAP Design ThinkingExperience in pre-sales processes and IT service sales supportWe offerCompetitive compensation depending on experience and skillsVariety of projects within one companyBeing a part of a project following engineering excellence standardsIndividual career path and professional growth opportunitiesInternal events and communitiesFlexible work hours
