Bottegaria is seeking a commercially driven freelance Business Development Representative based in Portugal, ideally Lisbon or Porto. You will identify potential clients, open doors in premium environments, and drive opportunities toward closed orders in coordination with the Founders. Role involves travel within Portugal, building relationships with chefs, managers, buyers, and decision-makers in premium hospitality, and reporting pipeline progress directly to the founders.
