Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth and reliable customer experiences. By handling written communications, you’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users, and ensure every interaction is clear and effective. This role is well-suited for those who value structured processes, care deeply about customer satisfaction, and want to grow in a tech-focused, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests via chat and email, providing timely, professional, and helpful responses Follow established workflows (SOPs) to resolve issues or elevate cases when necessary Consistently achieve service targets, including quality benchmarks and SLA goals Stay informed on product developments, updates, and best practices through regular training Approach each case with a customer-first, solutions-driven mindset Contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing feedback and suggesting process enhancements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
