The Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who can take ownership of client strategies and execution. You'll work directly with our clients - primarily B2B SaaS companies - to drive measurable SQL growth through both traditional and AI-powered search optimization.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work on emerging search technologies while mastering the fundamentals that drive real business results.

What You'll Do

- Analyze and optimize client visibility across traditional search engines and LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, etc.)
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and content calendars for B2B SaaS clients
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits
- Optimize on-page SEO, manage link-building initiatives, and track performance metrics
- Make strategic decisions and own client outcomes
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and AI search innovations
- Work directly with clients to deliver measurable growth in traffic, rankings, and SQLs

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
- Strong foundation in SEO fundamentals: keyword research, technical SEO, link building, on-page optimization
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can make strategic decisions independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Reliable and eager to continuously learn and adapt

Big Plus:

- Experience with B2B SaaS or ConTech companies
- Familiarity with AI search optimization or LLM visibility tracking
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles and SQL-focused marketing
