This position is full-time and suitable for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities include:

- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions for diverse IT environments.
- Configure monitoring rules, alerting, service discovery, and dashboards using Checkmk.
- Manage distributed monitoring setups, including hybrid cloud, VPN, and on-prem infrastructures.
- Develop and customize checks, rules, and notifications within Checkmk.
- Integrate Checkmk with external systems like ticketing, messaging, and incident management tools.
- Troubleshoot systems to improve visibility across platforms.
- Document strategies and support internal and client teams.

Must-have skills:

- Experience with Checkmk (preferably Enterprise Edition) in production.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and configuration.
- Scripting skills in Python and Bash/Shell.
- Knowledge of servers, networks, databases, and applications.
- Familiarity with SNMP, agent-based monitoring, and piggybacking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with tools like MS Teams, Jira, ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of other monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience with plugin development in Checkmk.
- Relevant certifications.
