For one of my customer we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Location: Lisbon(100% remote)

Duration: long term

Description:

Required Skills:

- 8 years experience in the CRM industry with focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, automation, low-code, reporting)
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Experience in maintenance: ticket management, prioritization, clarification
- Ability to understand and challenge business needs
- Skilled in documenting and presenting Salesforce solutions to non-technical audiences
- Experience with testing (scenario writing, execution)
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, multinational environment.

Key Accountabilities

- Manage day-to-day Salesforce Run activities, including incident analysis, bug resolution, and small enhancements.
- Liaise between stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable items
- Perform impact analysis and end-to-end testing
- Write/review documentation

Certification & Language:

- Salesforce Administrator (mandatory); Sales Cloud Consultant is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is a plus
