Develop and implement CRM and marketing automation strategies that align with client objectives and business goals. Optimize automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales processes. Configure, integrate, and manage Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM to improve efficiency and performance. Analyze customer data to create segmentation strategies and personalize marketing efforts for maximum impact.

Provide expert insights on best practices, ensuring marketing automation strategies drive measurable results. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment. Monitor CRM performance, track key metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and automation best practices, continuously refining strategies.

Proven experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation, with expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing and sales strategies. Experience in customer journey mapping, segmentation, lead scoring, and omnichannel marketing automation. Understanding of API integrations, CRM customization, and automation workflows. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve, delivering tailored solutions across diverse industries. Salesforce certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills, capable of advising clients and internal teams on CRM and automation best practices. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM and marketing automation; 5+ years preferred for senior-level consideration.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, including configuration, integration, and ongoing management.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into data-driven marketing solutions.
- Experience in designing and optimizing automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and sales enablement.
- Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, customer lifecycle management, and personalized campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze CRM data to extract insights and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest CRM and automation trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and Portuguese.
