WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) without heavy coding.
Define workflows, SLAs, and business rules aligned with ITIL best practices.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
Support UAT and ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams for complex customizations and integrations.
