What you'll do:

- Help create and manage content for blanky's social media channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and UGC creators, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups and positive partnership experiences
- Collect, review and organize creator content for organic posts and paid ads
- Support creator briefs, communication and content optimization
- Track deliverables, timelines and performance metrics to ensure accountability and smooth execution
- Work closely with the marketing team to turn content into performance assets
- Note: we are a small team and you may sometimes be asked to help with something completely outside of this range. Examples from the past include packaging customer orders and helping to set-up our first physical store.

This role is for you if you:

- Have experience with social media, UGC or influencers
- Understand what makes content perform on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Are organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creators
- Have a strong eye for content and storytelling
- Are fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish, French or Italian are a plus)
