Job Title: Italian‑Speaking Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 4 September 2025

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker to join our content moderation team for a major global social media platform. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and take appropriate action on user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian according to internal policies and guidelines

- Respond to content-related inquiries and elevate sensitive cases when needed

- Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making

- Meet quality and productivity targets

- Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for all users

Work Schedule

- 24/7 coverage Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)

- Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Salary & Benefits

- Base salary: 1,000/month × 14 months

- Performance bonus (monthly, based on KPIs)

- Welcome bonus: 3,000

- Accommodation provided by the company

- Paid training provided

- Health insurance after the probation period

Requirements

- Native-level or fluent Italian (C2)

- Good English skills (B1/B2)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments

- Comfortable with potentially sensitive or graphic content

- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
