Act as the visible leader of resort operations during your shift;
Ensure flawless service delivery and highly personalized guest experiences;
Represent the Executive Management Team with professionalism and confidence;
Coordinate across departments, anticipating and resolving operational challenges;
Uphold and elevate the highest standards of luxury hospitality.Your Profile:
Minimum of2 years' experiencein hotel operations or similar leadership roles;
Proven background inluxury hospitality environments;
Fluent in English,German and conversational Portuguese are a plus;
Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration(preferred);
Strong working knowledge ofOpera PMSand other hotel systems;
Availability for rotating shifts ( 09:00–18:00 | 15:30–00:00 );
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Deep understanding of the expectations of guests and international travelers;
Genuine passion for service excellence, with strong attention to detail.What We Offer:
