Interested vendors will need to have established offices and staff in one or several of the above location(s). This is not for individuals recruiters.
They also need to have a proven and recognized relocation experience with candidates from Brazil to Portugal.
What technical skills are we looking for ?
We are looking for contract tech hiring agencies managing contractors and freelancers projects in the following fields :

What are the MUST have requirements / skills ?
- Confirmed "tech" contracting/hiring expertise
- Ability to source and present candidates to Wipro within a short timing request (2 to 7 working days)
- Vendors need to be able to supply freelancers or contractors under their own payroll management or contracting system by managing their portfolio of freelancers and contractors
- Vendors need to act and operate as local contract recruitment agency
- Vendors should mainly propose contract resources and not permanent hirings/resources
- Vendors should be physically established in the country for at least 4 years.
- Ability to align Wipro's technical and daily rates requirements when submitting resources.
- Confirmed experience on relocation of candidates from Brazil to Portugal
