Erp Functional Support Specialist

Verisure is seeking for a skilled and passionate Group Oracle Cloud ERP CoE Specialist to join our expanding Center of Excellence (CoE), which supports operations in 18 countries across Europe and LATAM. This role is crucial to the ERP CoE Team and will significantly impact the business. We offer extensive training to help employees develop their skills.

The Group ERP CoE is transitioning from a decentralized to a centralized model to focus on strategic, high-value projects with better returns on investment.

To build on our past success, we plan to enhance our Group ERP Center of Excellence by centralizing its operations in Lisbon.

This position will report directly to the Oracle Global Process Owner, based in Lisbon. This key player will provide support to all ERP Financial Modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets).

Responsibilities will include, among others:

1. Support CoE activities on the ERP Cloud Finance solution, end-to-end process and on implemented territories and Business Units
2. Collaboration with finance specialists to ensure they can perform their day-to-day activities
3. Daily monitoring of incidents and requests raised by finance teams
4. Daily Monitoring ERP integrations & reports
5. Configuration of ERP Cloud and Finance modules, design custom dashboards and BI reports
6. Participate in the identification of enhancements and/or new requirements, and managing projects related to such enhancements
7. Participate in all activities related to the Oracle Cloud quarterly updates
8. Support all phases of internal projects (function design, unit tests, deployment and training to end user)

Candidate profile

Experience and Qualifications

1. University Degree, preferably Graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.
2. +2 years relevant experience, as part of a team and dealing with finance-related topics (e.g., Accounting)
3. Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish, Portuguese and French desirable
4. Basic experience in ERP financial modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Fixed Assets), preferably in Oracle Cloud
5. Enjoys working with and learning all about different IT systems
6. Basic understanding of ERP support model (incident management / service requests)
7. Customer and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
8. Ability to strive in a fast-paced international environment
9. Highly motivated, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
10. Organized and with an appetite for improving existing processes
11. Team player, humble, with a hands-on approach to challenges
