We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team, working on website solutions. If you have experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design, and you're enthusiastic about helping customers, we want to hear from you

Your Role:

- Provide top-notch customer service for clients using our website solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide expert advice on digital marketingand web design.
- Help ensure customers have a seamless experience, from troubleshooting to solutions implementation.
- Work with a dynamic team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

What Were Looking For:

- Fluency in German (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design(experience preferred but not required)
- Enthusiasm for technology and helping customers.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
