Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

- Support IT specialists by gathering and sharing transversal information;
- Bring clarity and highlight the business impact of the retained solution;
- Support and adhere to Azqore Methodology and continuously contribute to improve the processes;
- Attend the project daily meetings;
- Software Development using Cobol language;
- Perform development work with efficient and quality deliverables;
- Understand the requirements document and convert them into Cobol programs;
- Work with Business Analyst and Technical Leads to deliver quality product;
- Involves in support activity during various testing phases of the project;
- Strictly adhere to client's standards, processes, quality and security processes;
- Creating test documents and execute test cases;
- Provide support to clients when doing User Acceptance Testing;
- Help junior team members in solving technical issues and provide knowledge transfer.

What are we looking for?

- At least 7 years of programming experience in COBOL, DB2/SQL, JCL, CICS COBOL Online (Screens and Maps) and sequential file handling;
- More than 5 years of experienced in system analysis and design;
- More than 5 years of experience in conducting program unit testing and system integration testing;
- Experience in Visual COBOL and Eclipse development tool;
- Knowledge in Unix shell scripts – plus;
- Fluency in english – mandatory.
