Responsibilities
As a Customer/Technical Service Representative for Insulet, your main mission will be to manage customer requests regarding the use and proper functioning of their device. This support will be provided in Spanish and English via phone and email.
Your Profile
1. Fluent in Spanish and English
2. 2 years of experience in a tech-support operation
3. Empathic and helpful
4. Good communication skills
5. Experience in troubleshooting/technical support
6. Team player
7. Soft skills for de-escalating situations when needed
8. Assist with invoicing, tracking shipments, placing orders
9. Able to handle sensitive information
10. Fast learner capacity
