Microsoft 365 Copilot Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies, strong consulting skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Primary Functions and Tasks

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for clients;
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Microsoft 365 Copilot;
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 Copilot;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 technologies and continuously improve your knowledge and skills;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities related to Microsoft 365 Copilot;
- Applying strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and SCRUM;
- Maintaining up-to-date certifications in Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

We are looking for

- You have completed your studies in business administration, industrial engineering, (business) informatics, or a similar field;
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft technologies;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Open to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on-site optimally;
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Azure, and related technologies;
- Proven track record of delivering successful Microsoft 365 projects;
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies;
- Microsoft Copilot knowledge and training attendance;
- Ability to articulate the functional and technical infrastructure of Microsoft 365 Solutions;
- Working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as OnPremise Services, Dynamics 365, and application architecture is a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in non-technical language;
- Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
