Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
- Address issues such as account setup, verification, login, financial matters, and technical challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers within the sports industry
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Foster strong customer relationships through clear, open communication
- Uphold high standards of service in line with company policies
- Provide insights and suggestions to refine processes and improve service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
