About the Program — SAP Internship Academy
The SAP Internship Academy is a learning and development program designed to prepare young talents for a career in SAP Consulting.
Over the course of several months, you’ll receive intensive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from experienced consultants — giving you the foundation to start your professional journey in one of the most in-demand areas in tech.
At the end of the program, successful participants may have the opportunity to join our consulting team and work on real client projects.
What You’ll Learn
- SAP fundamentals and key business processes
- Core modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM
- Functional and technical concepts in ERP systems
- Project lifecycle and consulting methodologies
- Communication and teamwork in client-facing environments
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in SAP training sessions and workshops
- Contribute to internal SAP-related initiatives and case studies
- Support consultants in documentation, data analysis, and testing
- Collaborate with peers to solve business challenges using SAP solutions
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year) in IT, Engineering, Management, Economics or related areas
- Genuine interest in technology, business processes, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English
