About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer& Product Architect to join our team and help build robust, scalable, and intelligent solutions for the circular economy.
You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our product — from system architecture and backend design to frontend development and AI-driven innovation.

Technical Requirements

- Backend Development: Strong experience with backend-oriented languages and frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or similar), and solid understanding of API design and development.

- Frontend Development: Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular.

- AI & Data: Experience designing and integrating AI or data-driven systems — from leveraging existing models and APIs (e.g. LLMs) to developing intelligent product features or automations.

- Architecture: Proven ability to design, document, and implement scalable, maintainable system architectures, ensuring reliability and performance across services.

- Infrastructure: Experience with Docker, container orchestration, and modern CI/CD and deployment practices.

- Quality & Testing: Strong understanding of testing methodologies and commitment to high‑quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and develop new product features across backend and frontend.

- Lead architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

- Build and maintain reusable frontend components and backend services.

- Integrate AI‑based functionality and optimize data flows for intelligent features.

- Containerize and deploy services using Docker and modern DevOps practices.

- Write clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in full‑stack or software development.

- Strong proficiency in both backend and frontend frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in system architecture and design.

- Exposure to AI technologies (e.g. ML models, LLMs, vector databases, etc.).

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and modern development pipelines.

- Solid understanding of web performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Familiarity with test‑driven development and CI/CD.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with large‑scale data systems or event‑driven architectures.

- Contributions to open‑source projects or technical communities.

- Passion for sustainable technology and the circular economy.
