Objective

Strengthen the IT Asset Management team by overseeing multivendor hardware contracts and managing all active Microsoft licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the lifecycle of IT infrastructure contracts, from acquisition requests to renewal or termination, incorporating operational changes as needed.
- Prepare and submit software licensing acquisition requests in coordination with technical teams and procurement.
- Manage Microsoft licensing according to best practices, ensuring license optimization and compliance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing models.
- Familiarity with Data Networks and IT/IS Architectures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure technologies.

- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
- Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
